The ability of companies producing electrical devices to introduce their products to the domestic market and foreign markets, especially to the European Union countries, depends on LVD and EMC tests of these products. The Regulation on Electrical Equipment Designed for Specific Voltage Limits (2016 / 2014 / EU), issued by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology in 35, also focuses on the following two issues:

• To determine the principles of supplying all electrical devices and equipment designed and manufactured to work with low voltage to consumers
• Ensure that the electrical equipment and equipment offered to consumers does not harm the health and safety of people, pets and goods

The second major benefit of having LVD low voltage tests is that these products can be marketed in European Union countries. Because, according to the low voltage directive 2014 / 35 / EU published within the scope of the New Approach Directives, manufacturers must place the CE marking on the products, which determines that they comply with legal regulations and relevant standards. In order to attach the CE marking to the products, LVD tests must also be performed. The reports prepared as a result of the tests to be carried out by the accredited test and inspection institutions shall be put into the technical file to be prepared by the manufacturing companies and 10 shall be kept throughout the year.

Consumers are assured that these products, which are manufactured in accordance with the relevant legal regulations and the requirements of domestic and foreign standards, are of good quality and do not endanger the safety of people and property. This situation gives competitive advantage not only to the domestic market or the European Union market but also to all the world markets.
